We're really excited to see Thriller at Tuacahn this year, first because we're going October 30th, which will really put us in the Halloween spirit, and secondly because Matt and Rachelle will be going with us for the first time! We'll also be going with my mom and Kyle's mom and her husband, but they saw it with us last year so they know what to expect. Matt and Rachelle on the other hand won't be expecting the things that "happen" in the audience (don't want to spoil it ;) and I'm excited to see what they think about the skeleton dance, which is our favorite.

Tomorrow us Lamoreaux kids will be getting together to brainstorm ideas for this years spook-alley that we build for the trick-or-treaters. Last year in the front yard we did a graveyard complete with a half buried zombie, a bloody body, and a spiderweb-bound victim. We also surrounded the carport with black plastic and installed a strobe-light hallway with hanging heads, a swamp monster surprise, and black light room with a scary guy (Trenton) screaming from the attic hole in the ceiling. We "zombies" (see pic above) haunted the black light room and a werewolf (Matt) greeted the trick or treaters as they exited, after which most of them left screaming. A few even left shouting "You can keep the dang treats!" This year we hope to have the same effect.
