Summer Souveneirs

On our morning walks in the park we like to pick up souveneirs. Sometimes its pine cones, sometimes its a prickly seed ball from the london plane trees. Today it was a leaf.  YUM.

The girls are also starting to notice the ducks swimming on the pond.

J & I's New Ride

We were visited by the UPS man a couple of days ago and he brought us a big surprise. The NEW JOGGING STROLLER we've been anxiously waiting for! Kyle put it together while I was at work and I when I got home, there it was, waiting by the front door saying "push me! push me!" I took the girls for a walk in it the very next morning and they (and I) loved it. Its very easy to push and turn - much better than our old, heavy SnapNGo. And the girls face forward now so they can see the park, the ducks, and the passing cars instead of boring old me. We've been out every evening and every morning in it. And just in time for the first day of fall!

A Dedication...

This T-shirt goes out to all of those breastfeeding mammas. Especially all of those breastfeeding TWIN mammas! Saw this at Target today and had to laugh. I don't think Target intended this shirt to be for nursing moms, as it was in the juniors clothing department, but I had to have one!
