Millie turned Three!

What a sweet and funny girl you are! We are so blessed to have you in our family and can't remember what it was like not having you with us.
You've developed such a fun personality. You LOVE to laugh with your sisters, even if you aren't sure what they're laughing about. When they go to school each day you have a hard time playing alone and miss them a lot. You understand so much for a barely-three year old and surprise me all the time with your knowledge.
One of your favorite ways to tease Mom is to run away when she tries to dress you. And when she finally catches you, you squirm and wrestle away and won't let her put clothes on.
You also like to pretend you're going to give Mom a kiss on her lips and then at the last second, stick your tongue out and lick her instead. You think that is hilarious!

One of your favorite things to do is paint. You can paint for hours and do a pretty good job!
Your birthday fell on a Sunday this year. In the morning you had some "sprinkle pancakes" and then we went on a family walk down to the boardwalk on the bike trail.
There's that tongue!
Grandpa came over to visit you after we took our walk and he brought you a nice present, a cute Elsa outfit and an alphabet matching game.
After church we had an extended family birthday dinner at our house for you. You had asked for a "Trolls" cake and you had helped Mom decorate it the day before.

Opening your present from Jocelyn, a bubble pool with big wands

Opening your present from Ivy

She bought you a Vtech puppy like hers and Jocelyns because you love playing with theirs so much! His name is Scout.

Opening your gift from Grandma Candy and Grandpa Lloyd, they got you a cute dress up doll named Zoe with felt clothes.

Some of your Trolls birthday decorations
Tongue, yes.

More birthday decorations

Birthday dinner! When Mom had asked you what you wanted for your birthday dinner you'd said "Quesadillas!" So we made yummy chicken quesadillas, rice, and beans for everyone.

The kids had a treasure hunt that led you all around the front and backyard

The treasure was in a big Trolls basket hiding behind the pine tree in the front yard, it was goodie bags with candy and favors.

Blowing out your three candles!
