Weeeee're Moving!

Last month, after having it up for sale for almost a year, our house finally sold! Lucky for us, the couple from Florida that bought it was kind enough to let us rent it from until we found a place. The very next day the house shopping frenzy began. We were on the comptuer every night searching for home listings and out with the babies every morning driving by houses. After a couple of weeks we started narrowing list and started to schedule walk-throughs of the ones we were interested in. While we were driving through the neighborhood of a house on Paiute Dr that we were particularly interested in, we noticed another house on Blackhawk Dr that had a for sale sign up in front of it. We hadn't come across it on the MLS so we figured it was probably out of our price range but decided to call on it anyway. Come to find out, it wasn't on the market just yet because the investor was renovating the inside before he sold it. We did a walk through anyway and LOVED IT. The location was perfect for us. It was the furthest house back in the subdivision and backed up to BLM land with a gorgeous view. It was a stone throw away from the Virgin River and had accessibility to four-wheeler trails. Yet it was still close to shopping, churches, and schools. Checking the price we found out that it was within our range and so we made an offer. They accepted and now we're just waiting for the remodeling to finish before we complete paperwork and move in!
